January 31, 2009: Virginia City Foundation completes its incorporation as a non-profit and elects officers
The Virginia City Foundation announced that it has completed the election of officers, the final step in the process of its incorporation. The elected officers include:
Craig Brinkman – President and Chairman of the Board
Marc Darr – Vice President
Steve Stough – Secretary/Treasurer
